推進(jìn)可再生能源的使用和發(fā)展是建設(shè)生態(tài)文明的一個(gè)重要內(nèi)容，針對(duì)可再生能源的推進(jìn)政策頻頻出臺(tái)。國(guó)家能源局新能源和可再生能源司副司長(zhǎng)梁志鵬表示，工業(yè)企業(yè)能源消費(fèi)是可再生能源發(fā)展關(guān)鍵，目前70%的能源是由工業(yè)企業(yè)消費(fèi)，要轉(zhuǎn)變能源消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)，工業(yè)用能必須要做出轉(zhuǎn)變。

據(jù)了解，發(fā)改委日前發(fā)布政策，未來將統(tǒng)籌煤電與可再生能源電力發(fā)展，把防范化解煤電產(chǎn)能過剩風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與促進(jìn)可再生能源電力有序發(fā)展有機(jī)結(jié)合，確保2020年全國(guó)投產(chǎn)煤電裝機(jī)控制在11億千瓦以內(nèi)。并且將統(tǒng)籌可再生能源電力開發(fā)建設(shè)與市場(chǎng)消納，在確保限電比例下降的前提下合理確定年度可再生能源電力新增建設(shè)規(guī)模。
