2017年1月—11月，浙江紹興地區(qū)共進(jìn)口機(jī)床314臺(tái)，貨值達(dá)2201萬(wàn)美元，分別比2016年同期增長(zhǎng)193%和140%。進(jìn)口機(jī)床種類主要有加工中心、磨床、激光切割機(jī)床等，主要原產(chǎn)國(guó)家或地區(qū)是中國(guó)臺(tái)灣、意大利、日本、德國(guó)、韓國(guó)等。

然而，在2017年進(jìn)口的數(shù)控機(jī)床中，檢驗(yàn)檢疫部門共發(fā)現(xiàn)不合格30批、39臺(tái)，不合格率分別為26.5%和12.4%。不合格原因主要為無(wú)中文標(biāo)識(shí)、警告標(biāo)識(shí)、電氣安全不合格、品質(zhì)問(wèn)題等。部分進(jìn)口舊數(shù)控機(jī)床由于外商不負(fù)責(zé)安裝調(diào)試，存在電控箱被國(guó)外鎖碼、安裝調(diào)試?yán)щy等問(wèn)題。另外，進(jìn)口機(jī)床的采購(gòu)周期長(zhǎng)，刀具等損耗配件采購(gòu)比較困難，也給后續(xù)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)帶來(lái)困難。
