占地近百畝的超大型精紡車間內(nèi)，一臺臺長龍般的織機高速運轉(zhuǎn)，無人值守的通道間，自動清掃機讓棉絮難見蹤影。“有了自動化紡織設備和智能流程管控，我們實現(xiàn)了萬錠用工25人的水平，用工量降低了85%以上。”在南紡集團20萬錠高檔新型紡紗生產(chǎn)基地，副總工程師李宏說，他們采用“機器換人”的智能車間，已經(jīng)成為國內(nèi)大型紡織企業(yè)的標桿。

讓“龍頭”帶動產(chǎn)業(yè)騰飛
在南紡集團、新紡集團等本土行業(yè)龍頭加速邁進“智能時代”的同時，通過招商引資、承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移，南陽紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)也在不斷延伸上下游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條。目前，新野縣引進的浙江羅蒙集團高檔成衣生產(chǎn)線已投產(chǎn)，臥龍區(qū)引進的溫州奧奔妮服飾年產(chǎn)500萬條(件)褲衫的項目正式落地。

“從紡織到服裝，南陽將建立起‘三衣兩褲’服裝制造企業(yè)聯(lián)盟，打造專業(yè)化分工協(xié)作、上下游密切協(xié)同的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。”南陽市工信委主任肖海友告訴記者，作為該市建設先進制造業(yè)強市重大專項的核心集群之一，紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)將打造成全國知名的高檔成衣生產(chǎn)基地。
2014年以來，南陽市先后實施“五個一百”行動計劃、龍騰計劃、重點工業(yè)企業(yè)培育計劃、“千百”億級產(chǎn)業(yè)集群培育工程、“中國制造2025”南陽行動等，推動南陽制造業(yè)向“智造”轉(zhuǎn)變，為先進制造業(yè)加快發(fā)展積累了良好的基礎。

目前，宛城區(qū)新能源及裝備制造、新野縣紡織服裝、淅川縣汽車零部件、唐河縣裝備電子等4個產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，已被納入全省重點培育的超百億元產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。從紡織服裝、高端裝備制造到電子信息、新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)，南陽全力構建市、縣區(qū)上下游銜接的區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，已培育出16個“一縣一業(yè)”特色主導產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。
打造先進制造業(yè)強市，龍頭是關鍵。南陽制造業(yè)經(jīng)過多年發(fā)展，已形成以高端裝備、電子信息、新能源為代表的三大戰(zhàn)略引領產(chǎn)業(yè)和以紡織服裝、生物醫(yī)藥、綠色食品為代表的三大傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)，培育出利達光電、淅減公司、臥龍電氣、宛西制藥、樂凱華光、中光學集團、中南鉆石等一批國內(nèi)和行業(yè)領先的高精尖企業(yè)。

打響“南陽智造”品牌
淅減公司是淅川縣汽車零部件產(chǎn)業(yè)園的龍頭企業(yè)，這個從汽車減震器一小配件起家的企業(yè)，不但是德國奔馳戴姆勒、大眾和法國雪鐵龍集團的供應商，還為中國高鐵走向世界貢獻了必不可少的技術和部件。
如今，占據(jù)世界減震器技術制高點的淅減公司，帶動了近百家汽車零部件企業(yè)落戶當?shù)仄嚵悴考a(chǎn)業(yè)園，產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈產(chǎn)品已涵蓋汽車減震器、彈簧、輪轂等八大系列上千個品種，2016年行業(yè)總產(chǎn)值達90億元。
9月12日，南陽市與安徽星凱龍客車有限公司新能源汽車整車項目簽約。從汽車零配件到成套部件再到整車，南陽制造業(yè)正在實現(xiàn)以綠色能源為特色的“自主整車”夢。
依托河南福森新能源、河南東雷鋰電等新能源電池龍頭企業(yè)，技術先進、蓄能高、功率高且成本低的車用動力電池，為綠色能源汽車提供著“能量核心”；河南宇通新能源積極研發(fā)純電及插電式專用車輛技術，正在形成整車驅(qū)動、控制集成、智能駕駛的生產(chǎn)能力；而金冠電器搭建的便捷支付、組網(wǎng)運營的充電網(wǎng)絡，則為新能源汽車消費市場插上“騰飛的翅膀”。
以汽車及新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)為代表，南陽市全力推動制造向“智造”轉(zhuǎn)型，著力加快制造業(yè)與信息技術深度融合，推動制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)技術水平、智能化水平和核心競爭力全面提升，向產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈高端環(huán)節(jié)瞄準，向“智能制造”邁進。
繪制五大產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈圖譜
南陽市出臺《關于建設先進制造業(yè)強市若干政策措施》提出，將聚焦高端裝備、電子信息、新能源、紡織服裝、生物醫(yī)藥等五大優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)，圍繞產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈圖譜打造“市有千億、縣有百億”的特色產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。今年8月22日，成立先進制造業(yè)集群培育基金。
到今年年底，按照預計水平南陽規(guī)模以上制造業(yè)營收將達3900億元，到2020年，這一數(shù)字將超過5500億元，裝備制造和紡織服裝業(yè)將躋身我省超千億產(chǎn)業(yè)集群行列。
屆時，亞洲最大的軸承生產(chǎn)基地、國內(nèi)最大的光電產(chǎn)業(yè)基地、特種裝備制造基地和中部最大的百億農(nóng)機裝備基地將成型，南陽作為中部地區(qū)先進制造業(yè)強市地位呼之欲出。
邁上新征程，南陽經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型升級和跨越發(fā)展的定位更加明晰，向著以提高產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展質(zhì)量效益為中心，著力加快制造業(yè)和信息技術深度融合，全面提升經(jīng)濟生態(tài)的核心競爭力，實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、產(chǎn)品升級和就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)推進。

一張膠片見證從制造到“智造”
長度近300米的大型數(shù)碼印刷板材生產(chǎn)車間內(nèi)，見不到一個工人。位于生產(chǎn)線盡頭的另一間主控臺前，數(shù)字操控終端自動顯示出各種數(shù)據(jù)，五六個工作人員只需通過屏幕，就能了解設備的運轉(zhuǎn)狀況，而生產(chǎn)則是完全自動化進行的。
