據(jù)IBM商業(yè)價值研究院近期發(fā)布的最新全球企業(yè)高管調(diào)研報告表明,數(shù)據(jù)已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)有企業(yè)最強(qiáng)大的資產(chǎn),其中擁有全球80%數(shù)據(jù)的傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)正在與其員工一起利用這些龐大的數(shù)據(jù)創(chuàng)造新的競爭優(yōu)勢。

于是,區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)的自動化,IBM又提出了智能自動化的理念,強(qiáng)調(diào)完全基于數(shù)據(jù)的,以人工智能為主導(dǎo),由機(jī)器自主學(xué)習(xí)的自動化過程。
在接受記者采訪時,IBM全球企業(yè)咨詢服務(wù)部中國區(qū)業(yè)務(wù)流程自動化負(fù)責(zé)人王言表示,這里所指的自動化不僅僅是發(fā)生在制造工廠的自動化,還包括了工作方式、業(yè)務(wù)流程、管理運(yùn)營等在內(nèi)的工作場景的自動化。它將提高企業(yè)在更高維度的市場競爭力。
