該線生產能力達到2600kg/h，自上料至收料全部自動化完成，與用戶整線無縫連接，可實現無人操作；有效加熱區(qū)內加熱溫度均勻性可控制在±5℃范圍內，經該線回火熱處理的鏈軌節(jié)各項機械性能均能滿足用戶內控質量要求。該生產線具備產量大、能耗低、自動化程度高、產品熱處理后性能均勻等多方面的優(yōu)點，達到了客戶要求的各項技術指標，生產穩(wěn)定性得到用戶高度認可。該生產線的順利交付使用，豐富了機電所為高端用戶服務的經驗，標志著機電所特殊熱處理設備的研發(fā)能力進一步提升。
