據(jù)遼寧日?qǐng)?bào)報(bào)道，今年上半年，遼寧省評(píng)出的百個(gè)智能制造及智能服務(wù)試點(diǎn)示范項(xiàng)目已完成投資136.1億元。其中中科院沈陽(yáng)自動(dòng)化所、沈陽(yáng)高精數(shù)控、大連佳峰自動(dòng)化等單位承擔(dān)的9個(gè)項(xiàng)目完成建設(shè)及調(diào)試。東軟醫(yī)療、瓦軸等6個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)智能制造示范項(xiàng)目進(jìn)入公示。

智能制造與智能服務(wù)是制造業(yè)企業(yè)的發(fā)展方向，對(duì)于企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)、搶占未來(lái)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)制高點(diǎn)意義重大。為了進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)企業(yè)主動(dòng)改造升級(jí)，加快推進(jìn)制造強(qiáng)省建設(shè)步伐，今年4月，遼寧省確定了2018年重點(diǎn)推進(jìn)的100個(gè)智能制造及智能服務(wù)試點(diǎn)示范項(xiàng)目。

自試點(diǎn)示范項(xiàng)目確定之后，遼寧省立即組織4個(gè)調(diào)研組赴各市詳細(xì)了解項(xiàng)目建設(shè)進(jìn)展情況，協(xié)調(diào)解決相關(guān)問(wèn)題。為解決企業(yè)在項(xiàng)目建設(shè)中遇到的資金問(wèn)題，省智能制造協(xié)作聯(lián)盟邀請(qǐng)金融機(jī)構(gòu)赴沈陽(yáng)、撫順、丹東、營(yíng)口、阜新、朝陽(yáng)等市的52個(gè)企業(yè)，一對(duì)一地為企業(yè)提供金融服務(wù)。

同時(shí)積極為企業(yè)申請(qǐng)國(guó)家支持，開(kāi)展2018年智能制造綜合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化與新模式推薦工作。組織有關(guān)行業(yè)處室的工作人員和技術(shù)專家對(duì)24個(gè)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)咨詢?cè)\斷，優(yōu)選項(xiàng)目向國(guó)家推薦。目前向國(guó)家工信部推薦的28個(gè)智能制造綜合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化與新模式項(xiàng)目中已經(jīng)有6個(gè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)入公示階段。其中，由中科院沈陽(yáng)自動(dòng)化所承擔(dān)的“新能源汽車動(dòng)力電池系統(tǒng)智能制造數(shù)字化車間綜合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化與試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證系統(tǒng)”和“飛機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)件智能制造新模式應(yīng)用”項(xiàng)目順利通過(guò)國(guó)家專家組的評(píng)審，為相關(guān)行業(yè)實(shí)施智能制造提供了參考模型。
