7月30日，同有科技披露重組預(yù)案稱，同有科技擬作價(jià)6.5億元通過發(fā)行股份及支付現(xiàn)金方式購買鴻秦科技100%的股權(quán)。據(jù)了解，此次交易為同有科技擬向楊建利、合肥紅寶石、珠海漢虎納蘭德、華創(chuàng)瑞馳、宓達(dá)賢和田愛華發(fā)行股份及支付現(xiàn)金購買其持有的鴻秦科技100%股權(quán)。待此次交易完成后，鴻秦科技將成為同有科技全資子公司。經(jīng)交易各方協(xié)商，上市公司擬以發(fā)行股份支付的對(duì)價(jià)金額為此次交易預(yù)計(jì)總金額的60%；以現(xiàn)金支付的對(duì)價(jià)金額為此交易預(yù)計(jì)總金額的40%。
On July 30, the company announced plans to buy 100 percent of hongqin by issuing shares and paying cash for 650 million yuan. 怎么辦呢，如果只是尋求國外企業(yè)級(jí)廠商的代理關(guān)系卻不太符合當(dāng)下的行業(yè)發(fā)展和同有科技的客戶環(huán)境。于是，投資，向外尋求其他企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢似乎是最適合的途徑。
